Executive summary about Organo Gold Coffee health and cash By Kevin T Thomas and Robb Hannley.

Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world, second only to water. If you love your morning coffee, and you are interested in health and wellness, then Organo Gold coffee could be your cup of Joe. And with a business opportunity attached, you could even begin making money right from your own home, while getting healthy savoring that morning mug, as your bank account is growing. But can you really make money at this business? This third-party review will cover the company, products, and business opportunity, in order to help you make that assessment for yourself. It will also detail some essential information that you absolutely need to know if you wish to attain success in this industry.

The company is very new, founded in 2008 by Bernard Chua. Mr. Chau has a long history of success within network marketing in the Philippines. New companies like this one can provide excitement and momentum, and can potentially put you on the top of a rapidly growing down line. However, new companies often suffer from growing pains, such as product delays and continual policy changes, and they sometimes fail and go out of business. These are considerations you will want to weigh when choosing a home-based business, but the review does currently show it to be a stable company on the rise.

What does this mean to you? If you are sitting at home looking for a way to make money in any economic situation you want to find a business. a product, that people are going to want if not "need" to get through their day. Imagine being a representative of Organo Gold Coffee, a business that you can run for yourself, but not by yourself. Organo Gold Coffee offers a business opportunity unlike anything else out there.

Everyone talks about the importance of finding a niche and going after that niche to make money online. It usually requires you to know that niche pretty well, and find a product that is going to solve a problem that niche is having. What if there as a product that everyone, well most everyone, wanted and used not only once but repeatedly? What if there was one product that bridge a gap between multiple niche markets? Can you imagine the money that could be made from such a product? Can you believe that the answer to all of these questions is coffee?

Not just any coffee though, I am talking about Organo Gold Coffee. With Organo Gold Coffee you will be at the fore front of not just one industry... but 5. Let's take a look at what the experts are saying about Organo Gold Coffee home based business opportunity.

Coffee Review; Intension of coffee for consumed by the rules

Coffee Review; Intension of coffee for consumed by the rulesCoffee can be considered one of nature's greatest gifts. It gives mental and emotional clarity without harmful side effects, (like alcohol or tobacco), and it contains a wealth of nutrients. Yet, when most people drink coffee, they are not thinking that the beverage is improving their health. In fact, some may even feel a little guilty, since some believe coffee isn't good for you at all.

Well, here's the truth of the matter. Coffee, like anything else, can cause problems if too much is consumed. In the short-term, too much coffee will cause insomnia, nausea and hypertension. In the long-term, too much coffee will cause stomach problems, teeth staining, and high cholesterol.

Caffeine content within coffee can be beneficial toward your health. One way it does this is by acting as a diuretic. Diuretics flush the water of your body's cells, which keeps your weight down while flushing out impurities. This includes feces, which is why coffee offers the perfect cure for constipation. In addition, caffeine helps stimulate creativity as it speeds up the body's functioning. That's why coffee is often associated with writers and other intellectual professions.

In addition, Coffee can also keep your skin healthy in a lot of different ways. Other than preventing skin cancer and melanoma-related diseases, coffee has anti-oxidant ingredients that can help:
  • Your skin be free of different radicals that can cause acne, eczema and other skin diseases
  • Improve the flow of micro-cellulars in your skin
  • Break up fatty deposits which cause those ugly cellulites
  • Clear up your skin of acne and other blemishes
  • Act as sunblock and prevent sunburn and wrinkles
  • Absorb and neutralize strong odors such as fish and other smells.

Tassimo Coffee Maker

When Tassimo cooked up this little invention, they had the entire family in mind. Something a standard brewing system kind of falls short on You either from the pot of coffee that was made, or you don't. The way in which they achieved their vision was with their own technology known as Tassimo T Discs.

These clever little discs work hand in hand with your Tassimo coffee maker. Keurig B60 Special Edition Coffee Maker review

Keurig B60 Special Edition Coffee Maker review | If you had to take a guess about what people care about most when selecting a new coffee maker, what would it be? If your answer has to do with price, then you're not alone; however, it's not the most common consideration. What people are most concerned about has to do with ease of use. Fortunately, you no longer have to worry about doing any of that assuming you purchase a pod coffee maker the Keurig B60 Special Edition. You will get fresh coffee, tea or cocoa in less than a minute, which means that whatever your drink of choice, this is the perfect machine for someone who's looking for a single serve espresso maker.

Keurig B60 Special Edition Review + Features and Specifications

  • It comes at 1500 watts, which is what gives it the power to give you an espresso in less than a minute. That's pretty powerful compared to most espresso makers out there, especially those that serve a single cup.
  • The Keurig B60 Special Edition uses K-cups and comes with its own already pre-packaged coffee. This means that you can get up to 70 different varieties of coffee, cocoa and tea depending on whatever you want.
  • It's a one-touch mechanism machine, which means by the single press of a button, everything gets done. The best thing is that you don't have to go through the process of grinding - the K-cups come with the coffee already ground so you have no mess to clean up.
  • You can get to brew with three different cup sizes because it allows for tray adjustment. Your standard sized travel cup will also fit without a problem. You also get to choose the strength of your brew by choosing the temperature at which you brew - the higher the temperature, the stronger the brew.
  • The Keurig B60 Special Edition comes with an LCD screen that allows you to see all your brewing options and controls, and its great that you can get to pre-program it to make an espresso whenever you want.
  • It comes with something that is rare in espresso makers, and that's a de-scale indicator. When you need to clean it, it will tell you. This is to make sure that all nozzles and pipes remain unclogged.
  • The removable drip tray and water reservoir allows for easy cleaning and refills respectively. When you buy it, you get free K-cups to take you for a while and once you run out, you can call the makers, Keurig, for another batch. Buy many at once so that you don't have to keep ordering.

The Keurig is the right choice to make for several reasons, though before I get into the details it's important for you to understand why other brands pale in comparison. Though there are several other types of pod brewers to choose from, only Keurig offers the ability to choose from over 70 different flavors. There are even pods for the non-coffee drinker including many different types of tea and hot chocolate. Also, unlike other machines on the market, the Keurig is built rock solid and features a variety of metal components that help contribute to its longevity. The Keurig B60 also includes the following features, many of which you won't find on other machines at any price - 5 features in the keurig B60 special edition:
  1. 3 different brew size options - 5.25, 7.25 and 9.25-ounces
  2. Beverage strength selector, allowing for more or less extraction
  3. Large, removable water reservoir
  4. Beautiful chrome accents and backlit LED display
  5. Automatic shut-off for safe operation

Kopi Luwak: The World's Most Expensive Gourmet Coffee

Kopi Luwak: The World's Most Expensive Gourmet Coffee || Have you ever wanted to impress someone with the very best of something? Imagine hosting a well-to-do dinner party and what you would serve. Would it be the ver best caviar? Or perhaps the finest and freshest seafood? Maybe a glass of the most wonderful bubbly champagne? Well, how about the finest coffee? There is one gourmet coffee is hands down the most expensive gourmet coffee in the world. The dubious title of the most expensive without a shadow of a doubt goes to Kopi Luwak. It is considered the most expensive because it is said to be a coffee that is sans any bitterness, and harvesting this coffee is quite a chore. Some people may not be familiar with Kopi Luwak, but once you hear about the harvesting process of it, you can never forget it.

Kopi Luwak is made from beans of coffee berries, which have been eaten by the Asian Palm Civet and passed through its digestive tract. In the stomach of the Asian Palm Civet, proteolytic enzymes seep into the beans, making shorter peptides and more free amino acids. Passing through the Asian Palm Civet's intestines the beans are then defecated, keeping their shape. Yes, you read that correctly, the Civet, which is a rodent type animal, eats the coffee and then defecates it out for your divine drinking pleasure. Although, it eats the beans, the beans are passed through the digestive tract whole, so they can easily be harvested from the feces. If you Google Kopi Luwak you will see it looks similar to a candy bar with a lot of nuts in it. Appetizing? No, but definitely intriguing.

The Civet eats all types of beans: Arabica, Robusta, Liberica and Excelsa. After the beans have been passed by the animal, they are washed, dried in the sun, light roasted and then brewed which apparently produce a coffee with much less bitterness and amazing taste! It is quite a process and anyone who is truly interested in trying the world's most expensive gourmet coffee should make sure to look for 100% Kopi Luwak coffee. Many coffee companies and purveyors will offer blends that have as little as 5% Kopi Luwak, which is not a true experience with this type of coffee.

If you are really looking to please a crowd you may want to get the nerve up to try Kopi Luwak by civet coffee.

COLD COFFEE RECIPES IS A GREAT SUMMER DRINK

Cold Coffee recipes is a Great Summer Drink | Cold coffee is a great refresher to the summer and can perk anyone up as well. Some of my favorite recipes include the use of cold coffee! Today I will discuss a few of the different ways you can use cold coffee at home to liven up a drink or meal, and how to prepare it!

My favorite way to use cold coffee, is in an iced coffee drink. I like to brew extra strong pots of coffee and cool them down in the fridge. Something for sweet and decadent a Vietnamese iced coffee or a Thai iced coffee. These are wonderful for a hot summer day and for offering to guests and family as a sweet treat.

Another way to make use of cold coffee is to brew it the old fashioned way. That is simply taking coffee grounds and soaking them in water overnight. Once the coffee has steeped, you simply take cheesecloth to strain the coffee from the grounds. You can then pour the strained coffee in pitcher and keep it in the fridge. The key to making this is to make it stronger than you usually would.

One of the my popular treats you can make is a java smoothie or Frappuccino. These drinks are all the rave at the local coffee shops, and are very simple to make at home. Having the cooled brew helps to keep the drink nice and sweet. After adding the cooled coffee, ice, and desired sweeteners, such as chocolate syrup, you simply blend until you have reached the desired level. This is a great treat to indulge in on a special occasion, date night, or even a Monday morning!

Another great reason why you would want to keep this on hand is if you enjoy baking. One of the best chocolate cake recipes I have ever tasted, a decadent chocolate cake, involves pouring in a cup of cooled coffee. The extra strong brew makes the perfect background for a gourmet and decadent chocolate cake. I think like to use some ground espresso in the icing to tie the coffee and chocolate flavors together.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF TASSIMO VS. KEURIG

What are the Advantages and Disadvantages of Tassimo vs Keurig ?

1. Drink Variety?
Tassimo:
Tassimo's claim to fame is the consistency of the drinks based on their unique bar code technology that calibrates the machine to the perfect water temperature, pressure and drink size. If you have a sleepy brain in the morning, never fear the Tassimo does all the work for you, just remember to put a mug under the spout! The Tassimo also has the built in ability to steam and froth milk from the real milk t-discs, so this is the machine for making cappuccinos and lattes. Brand variety is limited to a handful. Drink choices include more than 40 varieties of Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Cappuccino, Latte, Espresso, Iced Coffee and real Milk Creamers.

Keurig:
Keurig is King for variety with over 200 different k-cups in Coffee, Tea, Hot Cocoa, Iced Coffee, Iced Tea, and Apple Cider in a wide selection of brands. The Keurig does not have the ability to froth or steam, however you can buy seperate attachments to handle frothing and still enjoy cappacinos and lattes. If you enjoy flavored coffees and teas you'll find just about everything you'd want in a k-cup.

2. Which Handles Big Cups?
Tassimo:
Drink size is determined from the bar code on the drink t-disc, however at the end of the drink cycle you have the option to add more water manually to your cup. The t-discs are optimized for consistency so adding water manually will result in a weaker drink.

Keurig:
Choose from 5 options for cup sizes before brewing. 4 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz. Experiment with the k-cups to find your perfect size beverage setting. From what I can tell there is no option to add additional water without running a second cycle.

3. What about the Water Tank?
Tassimo:
61 fl oz tank fit with a Mavea Maxtra water filter, but the unit will run just fine without the filter in place. The water tank is set in the back of the machine, which means you must pull the machine away from the wall for refills. This does, however save on precious counter real estate. The sleeker design is more attractive in my opinion.

Keurig:
60 oz water tank mounted on the side for easier refills. The side tank does mean it will take up a bit more counter space. No built in filter option.

4. Programmable?
Tassimo:
Nope, the machine reads the bar code on the t-disc to get all the information it needs to brew a consistent drink. No brain power of your own required. However, you do have a manual over ride to add more water at the end of the cycle. No clock.

Keurig:
Yes. You can select water temperature, automatic start and 1 of 5 cup sizes (see 2nd bullet). It also has a digital clock.

5. DIY drinks?
Tassimo:
No refillable options for t-discs. Although you are able to insert the cleaning disc and get hot water for use with your own teas, which I do quite often. Instant hot water is a very nice feature.

Keurig:
Yes you can make your own k-cups by buying a refillable k-cup kit. People who enjoy grinding their own beans, really love this option. This was one of the most positive aspects that was pulling me from Tassimo.

ARABICA OR ROBUSTA? YOUR GUIDE TO COFFEE BEANS

Arabica Or Robusta? Your Guide To Coffee Beans

Executive summary about Arabica Or Robusta? By Jin Ee

If you're purchasing coffees for the company and never certain what you need to end up being searching for, study on- this particular manual will help you realize the actual variations between your fundamental kinds of espresso, as well as bust line the actual espresso lingo, to help you choose that range is actually befitting a person.

Both primary types of espresso grow tend to be arabica as well as robusta. Arabica descends from Ethiopia, although robusta originated from Uganda. Each are actually developed in a number of additional areas around the world, and many espresso is actually branded obviously to exhibit that nation as well as area it had been developed within. In most cases, arabica is actually better than robusta, having a stronger and much more unique flavour- robusta could be sour as well as weak-tasting- nevertheless the flavor additionally differs based on that area the actual espresso originates from, and also the procedures it's put through throughout developing, delivery, keeping as well as making.

You will often find that coffee is described in terms similar to those you might find in wine tasting: the main three categories used are flavour (such as 'sweet' or 'spicy'), aroma (such as 'flowery' or 'chocolaty'), body (such as 'medium-bodied' or 'full-bodied') and acidity (which refers to how 'sharp' or 'clean' the coffee tastes, NOT to its pH).

When you buy coffee beans, you will probably buy them already roasted, however you can 'home-roast' them if you choose. Roasting unlocks the flavour from the bean, and the extent to which beans are roasted varies- for example, you can buy 'medium roast' beans, 'Italian roast' beans ('Italian' refers to the roast- it does not indicate that the beans came from Italy), and so on.

It's really worth testing out various kinds of espresso, while using over factors like a manual. You'll be astonished in the selection of flavors available, and also the much more work a person help to make to test the various flavors, the greater of the professional you'll turn out to be.

WiFi Make Easier - Become a Commodity For Everyday Life

Wi-Fi Starts to Become a Commodity For Everyday Life

Executive summary about Wi-Fi Starts to Become a Commodity For Everyday Life By John Jungmin Lee

Barnes & Noble, McDonald's, and Starbucks are three of the biggest franchises in the world. Only AT&T wired broadband customers and some AT&T wireless customers had free wireless access at the bookstores.

McDonald's started offering free Wi-Fi in the first month of 2010 at all of its U.S. fast food restaurants.

About six months later, Starbucks started offering unlimited free wireless Internet access at all company-operated U.S. locations beginning July 1, 2010, part of an continuous effort to bring more customers to Starbucks.

It came as Starbucks worked to take business back from rivals like McDonald's and even Panera Bread that has long offered free Internet access to their customers.

Starbucks customers will also get free Wi-Fi access to some online content through its Wi-Fi starting this Fall. Barnes & Noble sells more books and e-books. McDonald's sells more McNuggets, french fries, and soda. Starbucks sells more coffee and cake.

WiFi Restaurants Make it Easier to Go Freelance

Executive summary about WiFi Restaurants Make it Easier to Go Freelance By Eden Paul

Step into a Panera restaurant and you will see why Wi-Fi hotspots like these are making it easier to go freelance and leave your cubicle behind.

Look around the restaurants, there are workers everywhere...but they don't work for Panera Bread. This Wi-Fi (short for "wireless fidelity") is changing the way that people go about their work. Some freelance professionals move their base of operations right to local cafés.

Wi-Fi "Hotspots" are popping up everywhere. The coolest benefit to most is the ability to access work wherever they are. "I can enjoy the sunshine out on the patio on a sunny day, " says one freelance professional, "and I still get more work done that in an office with lots of interruptions. It's the best way to work."

PLANNING AND ANALYSIS FOR PANERA BREAD

Sample Strategic Planning and Analysis For Panera Bread Company

Executive summary about Sample Strategic Planning and Analysis For Panera Bread Company By Adam Link

Panera Bread has an opportunity for growth within a challenging industry in two key areas - increased sales of specialty drinks and opening international locations - that will enable the company to spread its mission of fresh bread for everyone while increasing the bottom line for shareholders.

Utilize Historically High Margins on Specialty Drinks to Drive Bottom Line Growth

While Panera's core business revolves around fresh bread, the style of the locations suggests that there is substantial revenue in selling coffee and related drinks, similar to Starbucks. Further, profit in specialty drinks is estimated at 19.8%, much higher than Panera's 6.4% profit margin. This means that increasing the sales of specialty drinks will have a positive impact on Panera's bottom line - clearly the industry is growing and is a good industry to be in for Panera. If Panera were able to generate this level of sales with a 19.3% profit margin, its bottom line would increase by nearly 7.8% to 14.2%, abnormally high for the restaurant industry (which averages 4-5% margins).

Look to Industry Incumbents for Knowledge and Re-arrange Menu Locations

Visually, the layout of a Starbuck's, Dunkin' Doughnuts, or Caribou Coffee are much more fluid than Panera Bread with respect to the coffee ordering location. The issue is that the coffee menus are located above the bakery items, not in clear view of the customer at the time of ordering. By the time the customer is ready to order, he or she has forgotten what drink to order; furthermore, the drinks are creatively named which is positive for brand identity, but awkward for the average male customer to order.

At the very least, the coffee and specialty drinks need to undergo the following changes:

• Move the menus to the same wall face as the meal menus to ensure customers know what coffee is offered when ordering

• Arrange the bakery display cases nearer to the registers to entice more impulse purchases

• Remove queue line markers during non-rush times, especially in front of the bakery display cases

• Increase the offerings of specialty drinks, including researching alcoholic beverages, to attract coffee shop regulars into Panera

By focusing on combining the café design with a coffee shop atmosphere, Panera can become a "chill out" spot as well as a premier location for both lunch and dinner. Furthermore, this change can be carried to the international markets where café atmospheres, such as those in France, are more prevalent.

Expand Internationally to Build Brand Image and Diversify Economic Risks

Clearly, the European market is a large market for fresh bread. A brand with a large marketing budget behind it could quickly enter the market and take a key position (See Appendix C). An interesting facet of the European market is the strong relationship between the industrial agricultural and milling companies and the industrial bakeries.

Leverage on Existing Assets to Increase Shareholder Return and Expand

According to Panera's 2009 10-K, the company had an interest coverage ratio of 200.9x, with EBIT of $140m and interest payments of $700k. Additionally, distance-to-default, a key metric for risk of debt, is quite large (larger is better) as the cash on hand of Panera is $77.1m and the debt/equity ratio is 0.0%. Retained earnings and total equity are $346m and $495m, respectively. This suggests a large cushion prior to debt default in an extreme situation.  In Appendix D, the large difference between Panera and its rivals in terms of debt load is clearly seen. With the average café costing $1.6m, Panera would be able to finance the expansion of its brand across approximately 250 corporate-owned locations internationally. FactSet estimates Panera's 2010 sales growth at 10.4% with EPS of $3.41 per share, a 20.6% increase over 2009. In the short term, sales would be increased and profit margin would increase by 500 bps to 770 bps based on specialty drink sales. If the international expansion plan is pursued, Panera would see sales growth in 2011 beyond the estimated 10.3% and EPS well beyond the projected $3.98. Though the increase in debt may force management to pay more attention to the cash flow of the company, the increased leverage will allow Panera to increase its ROE substantially.

Fans of Lavazza also find that the coffee beans have much less oil on them than many brands of American coffee.

For a great cup of coffee, start out by trying Lavazza Gran Filtro. If you prefer a very strong flavor in your coffee, some people mix Gran Filtro with a stronger espresso roast.

Dek is Lavazza's decaf coffee, and its fans like it because it does not taste like drinking decaffeinated coffee. There are many more flavors of Lavazza coffee beans.
